Service and repair labour — $150 per hour
One-hour minimum charge — $150
After the first hour — $75 per half-hour

Before you book
Parts and materials are additional unless otherwise specified. After the first hour, additional labour is billed in half-hour increments at $75 per half-hour. Customers receive approval information before significant additional work is performed. Heater and gas-system repairs requiring qualified HVAC or gas professionals are referred to appropriately qualified contractors. Electrical work is limited to legally permitted work within the technician’s documented qualifications.
